Vitamin B12 helps your body use fat and carbohydrates for energy and make new protein, and it serves a key role for normal blood, cells, and nerves. At Spring Medical, we have two types of Vitamin B12 available for you - 500 mcg and 1000 mcg strengths:

500 mcg: Only $15 per shot 1000 mcg. $20 per shot

Lipo-B12 include MIC - help with all the above and support the liver as it breaks down fat during weight loss. 1 week shot: $20 per shot 2 week shot: $30 per shot
